My name is John, and I’m a Sports Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I started coaching in 2010.
I have an MSc in Physiology & Sports Nutrition, a Degree in Sport Science, and I’m a certified CSCS coach. Since starting my coaching journey in 2010, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from individuals aiming to transform their body composition to international athletes striving to become bigger, stronger, and faster.
I created this online coaching platform to merge the principles of sports nutrition with the latest in evidence based coaching, providing athletes and weekend warriors with the education, accountability, and guidance needed to achieve their goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance or build muscle, this service is designed to give you the tools to succeed.
HOW I COACH
My goal with this online service is to combine the best of personalised sports nutrition with tailored strength and conditioning programs, delivering an exceptional experience for every member.
This is achieved by creating a customized training plan aligned with your specific goals, paired with a nutritional coaching designed to support body composition changes and optimize performance.
Coaching is at the heart of the service. This isn’t a “here’s your PDF, see you in 12 weeks” approach.
Instead, it’s a highly interactive process where we communicate as often as needed to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Feedback is seamlessly integrated throughout the entire program to provide continuous support and guidance.

WHO I COACH
With 14 years of experience as a coach, I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals and athletes at every level. The journey has taken me from independent gyms to club sports, university athletic programs, national teams, and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of coaching everyone from members of the public looking to build muscle and gain strength, to national powerlifters, international rugby players, collegiate athletes, and elite winter/summer sports competitors. Each experience has shaped my ability to deliver personalised, results-driven coaching tailored to every client’s unique goals.
