Speed Project is a 6-week online training program designed by experienced sports performance professionals to elevate your game by transforming your speed, power, and acceleration!

  • The training program is 6 weeks long

  • No, this program is a one time thing, once we start on the 2nd September we won't run this again, nor will this be included in our main programs

  • Yes! In order to run fast you have to create force and we do that through getting you stronger!

  • 3 Track Days, 2 Lifting Days plus an optional lifting day, all days contain some element of plyometric training!

  • Once you have registered we will build your Truecoach profile and receive the link within 24-48 hours, we then start as a group on Monday 2nd September

  • If you get injured you can speak to your coach and we can work around your injury to still get you the best possible results

  • Yes! The cornerstone of our online coaching service is having a personalised coach for every member and with every program we do you will get direct communication with your coach through the app, weekly check in's with your coach to make sure you're progressing and so we can make any alterations to the program and with every session written and video feedback to make sure you are executing the sessions to the best of your ability!

  • The full 6 weeks if £149

  • Ideally No! This is a full 6 week intensive program with up to 5 sessions per week

  • You’ll need basic training gear, such as running shoes/spikes, access to a track or open space for sprints, and gym access for lifting sessions.

  • Each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the day's focus (track, lifting, or plyometrics).
